We are seeking a seasoned professional to take charge of operational excellence, streamline processes, and spearhead the execution of strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of leadership, a forward-thinking strategic vision, and significant expertise in managing complex, high-impact projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company’s operational strategy.
• Optimize core business processes and manage organizational change.
• Lead the team by establishing management structures and motivation systems.
• Manage the product portfolio, including the development of monetization models.
• Collaborate with key clients and participate in major projects.
• Monitor and analyze operational and financial metrics, manage risks, and address inefficiencies.

Requirements:

• Education: A degree in IT, management, economics, or an MBA is preferred.
• Experience:Over 10 years in the technology sector, primarily in software development.
• Proven track record in managing business operations, ideally within B2B or B2G segments.
• Previous experience in senior leadership roles, such as COO, Deputy CEO, or equivalent positions.
