Hassan Allam Construction (HAC), one of the Middle East’s most respected engineering and construction groups, is inviting top-tier Contract Management professionals from Russia to join the El Dabaa Nuclear Power Plant Project. Given Russia’s global leadership in nuclear engineering, heavy infrastructure, and complex EPC delivery, we are specifically seeking Russian-based talent to strengthen our commercial and contractual leadership team on this strategic, internationally funded megaproject.

We are currently seeking a Contract Manager – Section Head to join the Contracts team on the El-Dabaa Nuclear Power Plant Project.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and oversee contract implementation within a complex large-scale project environment.
• Lead and supervise the Contracts team at section level, ensuring proper allocation of tasks and performance.
• Provide contractual guidance and direction to the project team to ensure compliance and protection of the Company’s rights.
• Review and finalize contractual correspondence, including notices, claims, variations, and disputes.
• Ensure timely issuance of all contractual notices in accordance with contract requirements
• Monitor and control variations, claims, and change management processes.
• Ensure proper record-keeping, logs, and documentation to support contractual positions and claims.
• Attend key progress meetings and ensure alignment with contractual obligations.
• Coordinate with the Head Office Contracts Department on claims strategy, reporting, and critical matters.

Requirements:

Education & Certifications:

• Higher education in Engineering/Legal.
• Professional certification in CLAC (Contractual & Legal Aspects of the Construction Industry) or higher.
• MBA or advanced qualification in commercial/financial management is a strong advantage.

Experience:
• Proven experience in contract administration on large-scale construction projects, with team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of contract management, claims, and dispute resolution.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with FIDIC or similar contract forms is preferred.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
