About the Project

We are building and scaling a high-performing faceless YouTube brand for the US market and expanding our presence on Instagram and TikTok.
We are looking for a strong Content Director / Reels & Stories Scriptwriter who will fully own short-form content and directly influence lead generation and sales.

Responsibilities
• Create high-converting Reels scripts that drive targeted leads into the funnel.
• Build and optimize the full Reels funnel conversion logic.
• Write selling Stories sequences that lead directly to sales or funnel entry.
• Adapt content to the US audience mindset and behavior patterns.
• Manage a small content team: stories maker, video editor.
• Control content quality and performance metrics.

Requirements
• Experience in YouTube, crypto, or monetization niches for international or US markets.
(Strong CIS market cases are also acceptable.)
• Understanding of faceless content mechanics.
• Excellent creative mindset and trend awareness.
• Ability to create scripts that sell, not just entertain.
• Experience managing content workflows and people.
• English level B1 or higher - required for working with US market content.
• High level of responsibility, self-discipline, and ability to manage multiple processes.
