Our client, production company is looking for a Commercialization specialist

A commercialization specialist manages the launch of new or reformulated products and raw materials, coordinating cross-functional work so products move from project to development into market smoothly. Work with two countries teams and two 1C systems (Russian and Kazakhstan).

Key Responsibilities:

· Project-manage product introduction timelines, readiness, and approvals.

· To manage and maintain a specified portfolio of Raw materials.

· Coordinate supplier collaboration with procurement, RDA and Regulatory representatives.

· Coordinate projects collaboration with procurement, R&D, regulatory, sales, quality, operations, marketing and finance teams.

· Manage commercialization process, documentation, 1 C data.

· Track document requests, commercialization processes, digital assets, and internal portals or databases.

· Support communication with stakeholders and keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

· Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.

· Cross-functional communication and stakeholder coordination.

· Ability to handle technical documents and compliance-related requirements.

· Project management and problem-solving skills.

· PC literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

· Experience in 1C and SRM systems is an advantage

· Russian language. English is required (Oral and written) - intermediate.

· Higher education or incomplete higher education

· Excellent Communication skills.

· Self-motivated with good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.
