Обязанности:- Strategic & operational development of the commercial function on BU level;
- Re-building and shaping and further management of function of sales and customer service department;
- Organization and holding of meetings with the largest market participants, logistics and railway operators, freight forwarders, Russian and foreign clients;
- Development and implementation of E2E international multimodal logistics solutions for the import and export of goods and raw materials, taking into account regional specifics;
- Definition, support and coordination of functional requirements for IT solutions in terms of commerce, external sites and customer interaction system (CRM);
- Control and interaction in terms of DP World compliance risks;
- Promotion of DP World's services in the Central Asian market for carriers and cargo owners, attractions of new clients;
- Search for new promising areas, search and communication with suppliers, partners and customers in China, India, Malaysia, Africa, Central Asian countries, the Russian Federation, etc., coordination and discussion of commercial conditions and possible logistical solutions;
- Development of a promising product portfolio of the company, preparation of a product matrix, pricing, business planning and formation of a strategy for bringing new products to the market through existing and new channels;
- Organization and control of events to attract new customers in new product lines. Analysis of the existing customer base, search for growth points;
- Define and implement the Customer Service Strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business and operational goals:
- Establish unified service standards, KPIs, and SLAs to be implemented across all subsidiaries and business units;
- Lead the design of customer communication and engagement frameworks covering export/import operations, shipment visibility, and issue resolution;
- Ensure consistent adherence to company service policies, regulatory requirements, and client commitments across all regional entities;
- Develop and implement group-level initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention;
- Introduce measurement systems (e.g., NPS, feedback loops) to track customer sentiment and improve service responsiveness;
- Lead local and cross-functional efforts to ensure proactive communication with clients regarding their shipments, transport status, and key updates;
- Promote a customer-centric mindset across the organization through training, engagement programs, and leadership role modelling;
- Lead the digital transformation of customer service functions across subsidiaries—introducing CRM tools, service dashboards, and automated client communication systems;
- Ensure integration of shipment tracking, reporting, and document management systems to improve transparency and efficiency;
- Oversee group-wide data quality, customer documentation (KYC, GST, PDA/VDS letters), and compliance processes;
- Sales budget preparation and control;
- Development, preparation and holding of presentations for clients and management, both in Russian and in English;
- Reporting.
- Relevant experience 15+ years
- Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership competence, people management skills
- Strong commercial mindset, understanding of commercial and customer service processes
- Ability to be key corporate culture holder and representative of the company outside
- Solid experience in hunting & farming clients, understanding of key processes in details including operational part
- Readiness to lead and initiate transformations and drive changes for improvements
- Orientation on result and understanding of KPIs in responsibility and financial indexes
- Ability to manage teams in different locations, motivate, develop and retain people
- Readiness to be present in multiple locations on sites locally, readiness to travel abroad
- Fluent English
