We are looking for Chief Financial Officer for our partner.

Requirements:
Higher financial education: Economics, finance, accounting.
Experience in a senior financial position: Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years.
Deep knowledge of financial management: Budgeting, finance, risk management, tax planning analysis.
Experience with sustainable energy sources: ERP systems, accounting systems.
Analytical skills: Ability to analyze financial data, identify changes and make decisions based on electronic data.
Leadership skills: Ability to lead a team, motivate employees, make independent decisions.
Communication skills: Ability to effectively interact with managers, investors, employees and company executives.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's overall objectives and growth initiatives.
Oversee the financial planning and budgeting process, including the development of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions as needed.
Provide timely and accurate financial reporting to senior management and the board of directors.
Lead financial analysis efforts to evaluate business performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive strategic decision-making.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital allocation to optimize liquidity and financial stability.
Establish and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Build and lead the finance team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development
