We are an international company operating in the Fintech sector for over 8 years. By offering advanced solutions in payment systems and digital financial tools, we help our clients increase business efficiency and profitability.
We are currently looking for a Head of Business Development Manager to join our team and grow our sales function at an international level.
Our ideal candidate:

Flexible, proactive, and results-oriented.

Has at least 5 years of successful B2B sales experience (experience in Fintech, iGaming, or Blockchain is a plus).

Has at least 2 years of managerial experience.
-
A natural leader capable of organizing, motivating, and guiding a BDM team, helping achieve KPIs, identifying growth opportunities, responding promptly, and supporting colleagues.

Experienced in active cold outreach, managing long sales cycles, and handling large deals.
-
Able to deeply understand the client’s business and propose creative solutions, identify upsell opportunities, and handle objections.
-
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build trust.
-
English proficiency at a minimum B2 level (additional languages are a plus).
-
Willing and able to travel frequently (markets in Europe, Asia, and MENA region).
-
IMPORTANT: Must have legal ability to travel for business within the EU.
Responsibilities:

Manage the BDM team, train, and enhance team professionalism.

Identify and attract new clients in international markets.

Actively participate in relevant exhibitions and conferences worldwide.

Work with cold leads, large deals, and long sales cycles.

Maintain and updаtеCRM data.

Fully support clients at all stages of cooperation.

Execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities and develop long-term client relationships.

Report to company leadership.

Take active measures to drive the team’s success.
