The team, which brings together more than 40 experts with industry and consulting experience in Metals & Mining, Oil & Gas, Shipbuilding & Machinery and Energy, implements large-scale projects in several directions: operational, strategic, functional transformation, digitization, and M&A.

The current portfolio of Excellence Expert projects is expanding and the company is opening an additional set of project managers who will become key employees in business development and implementation of projects to improve the efficiency of production companies.

Responsibilities:

• Develops full-scale project plan, distributes tasks among team members, defines project's target objectives and result
• Develops and implements tools/models/systems for efficiency increase in collaboration with client team members, monitors implementation processes
• Oversees quality control throughout project’s life cycle, confirms EBITDA effects
• Schedules workloads, tracks project team’s deliverables and provides efficient communication within the team
• Interacts closely with client’s stakeholders to ensure high quality of project implementation, positive impact and sustainable results
• Provides benchmarking and accumulation of best practices, updates the knowledge base, insures knowledge exchange within the team
• Maintains long-term client relationships and networks and cultivates business development opportunities

• 6+ years of operations/management/strategy consulting experience with Big 3/Big 4, focusing on Metals&Mining, Manufacturing&Engineering, Energy, Oil&Gas, Banking&Finance industries
• Experience in successful project teams managing
• Experience in attracting new clients and closing project deals
• Advanced knowledge of key financial and investment indicators and methods of their calculation; experience in developing financial models and indicators calculating
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills: ability to collect and structure data, see connections and dependencies at a deeper level, determine the need for calculations and draw conclusions
• Robust ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively with people at all levels in an organization
