Responsibilities:

• Research & Analysis:

  • Study and analyze the area for the implementation and development of applied information systems.

  • Analyze competitor products and market trends.

• Requirement Gathering:

  • Conduct interviews with business customers to identify, analyze, and agree on requirements.

  • Collect, analyze, formulate, and document functional requirements for the system being developed.

• Process Optimization:

  • Evaluate and refine business processes, developing optimization strategies based on the functional model of the information system.

  • Implement business intelligence practices within the department to optimize functional efficiency.

• Project Documentation:

  • Review, maintain, and organize project documentation.

  • Participate in task planning and development of system requirement specifications.

• UI/UX Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with designers to contribute to UI and UX design.

• Monitoring & Risk Analysis:

  • Monitor the work carried out by colleagues in the department.

  • Analyze the risks and causes of errors during system development.

• Platform Selection:

  • Choose suitable platforms for project implementation.

Obligatory:

• Experience in the position of a business analyst, system analyst or product manager in a company working with trading platforms (cTrader, MT5, etc)
• English: written and spoken B2
• Russian (Native)

• Constant movement towards not only building business processes and describing functionality but also optimising their collection and maintenance. Ideological willingness to accompany your ideas.
