Associate / Senior Associate

Objectives:

• Analyzes and assesses investment opportunities, including sourcing relevant data/information;
• Works with the Analyst on valuation, target company, industry and competitor analyses;
• Creates financial and operating models / supervises and reviews Analysts in creation of financial and operating models;
• Leads due diligence work streams, assessing results and recommending additional analyses as needed, keeps senior team members fully informed;
• Drafts investment memoranda, presentations, term sheets, MOUs, and other transaction-related documentation upon request by senior team members;
• Works on special projects and new business development opportunities as directed by senior team members;
• Responsible for seamless execution of tasks and/or projects, including the review of work performed by Analysts, focusing on details and deadlines;
• Develop, provide guidance and day-to-day training to analysts, through mentoring, delegating of more challenging tasks, providing timely feedback, encouraging initiative;
• Takes full responsibility for regular reporting on an assigned portfolio company, including keeping senior team members informed on key issues and decisions that need to made by RDIF;
• Additional objectives.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Economics or Finance;
• 4+ years’ experience in direct investment funds or investment banks.

• Strong modelling and analysis skills;
• Excellent presentation skills in Russian and English;
• High efficiency and ability to handle stress;
• Motivation and ability to achieve results on a tight schedule and to multitask;
• Proactivity, strong leadership skills, readiness to shoulder responsibility;
• Ability to interact effectively as a member of a multicultural international team;
• Experience in tackling challenges, excellent project organization and planning skills;
• Fluent English.
