A large foreign electronics company is looking for Administration Support Specialist

Job description:

• Closing payment periods with partners on time according to the contract terms: checking reports, invoicing, billing, preparing documents for a partner, organizing their signature and sending them physically
• Tracking the timing of reporting by partners, as well as receipt of payments
• Checking the completeness of closing documents
• Timely response to requests from tax department and partners related to document flow
• Regular revenue tracking and reporting
• Sample management: requesting, tracking and reporting device samples used internally and provided to partners
• Expenditure budget management: regularly updating budget reports based on factual expenditure activities

Requirements:

• Experience in contract operation and document flow operation from 2 years
• Advanced user of MS Excel
• Writing and reading English
• Experience of working with SAP is an advantage
• Attention to details
• Proactive, adaptable, with solution-oriented way of thinking
• Highly responsible for assigned scope
• Able to work with big amount of documents & process multiple tasks concurrently
