- Writing and recording of the orders and monitoring of theirs execution;

- Agreements recording and, partly, some of them composing according to the lawyer's recommendations;
- Relations with the foreign counterparties consultations.

- Department planning;
- Development and implementation of the new motivational schemes and schemes to encourage active staff;
- Developing a new classified strategy, and calculation cost characteristics, based on the instructions of the senior management;
- Negotiations and presentations for the collaborating agencies, as well as other market participants, who were interested in cooperation.
