* Assist the Manager in enabling employees to consistently achieve the service standards, with a high degree of guest care and service at all times, acting as a mentor, directing and teaching junior team members. Directly supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in preparing and serving food & beverages.

* Perform all necessary tasks to service F&B according to the Standard set by the F.S.

* Support and assist the Front Office Manager in his duties and responsibilities.
