- Implement HR strategies by establishing talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, health and safety, succession planning, employee relations and retention, HR compliance, organizational design and labor relations;
- Partner with Management Team (MT) to understand the long-term objectives, identify areas of opportunity and implement HR interventions needed to meet the short and long-term growth strategies;
- Develop and maintain an employee-oriented culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance;
- Provide senior level advice and recommendations to MT and Senior Management on matters relating to HR issues;
- Act as a change agent to build awareness of new HR processes and facilitating successful process, behavior and cultural change;
- Manage and oversee the annual Harman People Cycle which includes the merit review process, target setting & tracking, bonus calculation processes, compensation management and analyses, and benchmarking activities.
- Develop and monitors an annual HR budget;
- Drive and execute Learning & Development programs using corporate available programs and seeking specific programs.
- Develop and drive deep understanding of Workday platform, which is essential to the management and operation of the Talent Management programs;
- Develop and administers programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company;
- With the HQ recommendations establishes the Company wage and salary structure, pay policies, and oversees the variable pay systems within the Company including bonuses, LTCI, retention bonuses and merit increases.
- Manage the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring security and accuracy of employee records, consistency of practice and maintenance of optimum service levels;
- Conduct a continuing study of all HR policies, programs, and practices to keep Management informed of new developments;
- Participate in executive, management, and Company staff meetings and attend other meetings and seminars.
