• Develop and implement GE regional real estate strategy in Russia, CIS, Eastern and Central Europe: design of optimized cost base and sustainable property solutions, development of city/business co-location strategies to optimize company existing office locations, modeling and leveraging space efficiency utilization.
• Lead regional development of real estate infrastructure in Russia and CIS: develop company office standards and requirements, office market research/analysis, lease negotiation with landlords, project management, quality/budget/schedule control. Manage multi-functional project teams.
• Build, manage and train Moscow and regional facility teams.
• Develop/manage/control regional property operational budgets with total annual spend of appx. $15MM; centralized control on regional facility/admin costs, targeting cost reduction and optimization.
