Logistics Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities:
1. Organization and conducting sales:
Working with the Customers: Develop and maintain excellent service to internal customers (distributors), order management and processing, manage periodic process reviews for each client, handle full set of shipping and billing documents. Instructions preparation to release projects, checking the correctness of artwork files
Working with the Publishers: Communication regarding orders and shipment confirmation, payments, releases
Working with the Suppliers: Order management, pricing control (discounts), shipment schedule, billing, working with documents, managing the importation of goods on time
2. Planning and control management: provide responsible supervision for production department activities in accordance with guideline
Claims handling process ownership (documents, process, analysis, data base, internal and external communication).
Communication with customers, local sales team and Corporate team on order management, claims and quality matters. Coordinating proper order and information flow.
Certification: responsible for certification process, database, all documents’ legal compliance and timely renewal.
3. Reporting and analytical work: responsible for timely month/quarter/year closure, analysis and improvement steps.
Providing reports to financial and sales department reg. invoices from the suppliers, discounts, etc.; to the Publishers reg. the production plan, payments, shipments, etc.

Responsibilities:
1. Organization and conducting sales: Manage all communication with customers and vendors, coordination of the order with the client, preparation of commercial offers and contracts, analysis of suppliers' offers and conditions
2. Ensuring sales:
Plan and implement import procedures according to suppliers and customers demand and administer internal movement of goods, placement of orders for import production, coordination of delivery terms of goods with the supplier, preparation of documents for custom clearance of goods, interaction with the customs broker and transport companies, analysis of profitability of import processes based on tariffs, licenses, delivery expenditures, ensure accurate movement of all import goods and ensure arrival of goods within required timeframe
Participation in development and implementation of the projects connected with the activity of sales department; Customer claims processing
3. Control: Coordinate, supervise and evaluate import activities, control the performance of obligations, taken up by the company, financial discipline of the client
4. Planning and analytical work: Analysis of statistical sales data and shipment data, providing various reports reflecting the results of the work

Responsibilities:
Conducting commercial negotiations with clients in interests of the organization;
Preparation of commercial offers and contracts (supply of goods, provision of services)
Orders processing for foreign equipment (Europe) in accordance with customers' trade conditions and pricelists
Full support of import of the equipment via the customs broker (preparation of the documentation for customs registration of the goods, planning and control of payments, monitoring products availability of cargoes movement)
Prepare manuals and technical descriptions for customers
Analysis of statistical data on purchase

Responsibilities:
Establishing and maintaining a business relationship with customer
Placement and coordination orders at foreign equipment (Europe)
Preparation and conclusion of foreign trade contracts, tracking of their performance
Conducting business correspondence (rus/eng)
Translation of marketing materials, technical documentation (eng/rus)
