Accountant, Accountant Assistant, Finance Assistant

• Meet and coordinate guests;
• Organize and prioritize any incoming correspondence such as e-mails, phone messages, faxes and meeting requests;
• Coordinate conference rooms and corporate transport;
• Provide departments with business cards, periodical subscription & etc.;
• Implement corporate policies and procedures, as directed;
• Collaborate with different departments;
• Train new employees;
• Prepare statistics;
• Pull, research, or enter data into spreadsheets and/or databases;
• Prioritize issues and respond to any requests possible;
• Work with a large volume of information

• Deal with Book of Purchases and Book of Sales;
• Deal with counterclaims of Ministry of Taxation of Russian Federation Department for Moscow;
• Archive accounting documents.
