NOVA ENERGIES (System Solutions LLC), an EPC company, has replaced NOVATEK-SAREN. The company's activities include the construction of the largest GBS 1, 2, and 3 in Russia in the village of Belokamenka, Murmansk (GBS stands for Gravity Based Structures, or surface offshore platforms, which will house modules with gas liquefaction equipment), as well as a plant in Arkhangelsk (Gydan Peninsula).

Transferred to a new position in November 2024.

Primary responsibilities:
Managing international shipments from the source warehouse in China to the recipient warehouse, typically in Gydan or Murmansk. The tasks included:
Complete preparation of documents (PL - packing list, SI - invoice) for customs clearance in the Company, with the purpose of issuing a declaration (GTD) upon border crossing (including reweighing at the border and any data adjustments, stamping, and signature).
Working with the transport waybill, AWB (air waybill), adjusting net and gross weights, calculating the DAP cost (if the DAP delivery terms are Gydan/Murmansk), reweighing at the border in the case of truck shipments, and adjusting weights (net/gross).
Managing local deliveries (DDP/FCA) under the contract with the Supplier, organizing transport with forwarders: trucks (FTL/LTL), shipping in 40-foot and 20-foot containers by sea, shipping small cargo by air, and coordinating transport costs with the Company before shipment.
Coordinating materials for shipment with the supplier (shipper), issuing shipping instructions, and negotiating with the freight forwarder.
Negotiating with shippers in China (all conversations in English). Negotiating with international shippers in Europe and local in Russia.
Continuing negotiations with subcontractors at the Belokamenka construction site, coordinating the procurement process and placing materials in the warehouse, their receipt, and acceptance.
Periodically creating the entire materials supply chain and entering it into 1C consequentially from the Purchase Request (Engineering Department), Lot (Accounting Department), PO (Purchase Order - Purchasing Department), Assembly Statement (negotiations were held to assign this document to the Purchasing Department), and PL (Packing List) - Logistics Department. Over 5,000 supply chains were entered into 1C system in order to monitor all the deliveries .
Managing air deliveries, sea deliveries, and transport deliveries from China to Russia.
Managing internal deliveries in Gydan (Arkhangelsk) / Belokamenka (Murmansk)
The purpose of the last business trip was to close budget discrepancies between actual and document (in the Acts) inventory received at the warehouse with 1C accounting in Belokamenka (creating Expense Orders in 1C: Accounting 8). Within 4 months, it was able to close budget discrepancies amounting to 4 billion rubles and complete the task.

Work as 1C Operator Logistics in the company OOO NOVA ENERGIES.
Requirements: professional knowledge of English and 1C program.
EPC company NOVA ENERGIES replaced NOVATEK's contractor SAREN. Company activities: construction of the largest GBS 1, 2 and 3 in Russia in Murmansk in the village of Belokamenka (GBS - Gravity Based Structure - Surface Offshore Platforms on which modules with gas liquefaction equipment will be placed), as well as a plant in Arkhangelsk (Gydan Peninsula).
Main tasks:
-Negotiations with subcontractors at the construction site in Belokamenka - as a result, fully coordinated business process of receiving materials to the warehouse and input in 1C all elements of delivery starting from the packing list and acts of acceptance.
-Creation of the whole chain of materials and entering into 1C consistently from Purchase Requsition (Engineering Department), Lot, PO (Purchase Order - Purchasing Department), Bill of Materials and Packing List - Logistics Department. More than 3,000 chains were entered for supply control purposes in 1C system.
-Overseas shipments from China, starting with preparation of all documentation together with shipyards in China (PJOE, LBT, COSCO, BOMESC, WISON) and coordination of all documentation with the Company, including: re-weighing at the border and any data correction, printing and signing, and sending to the Company finalized corrected documents (Invoice and PL) with correct Net/Gross weights, unit prices, units of measurement and dimensions, as well as prescribed contract number and delivery terms (DAP, FCA) according to Incoterms 2010.
-Handling air deliveries, sea deliveries, transportation deliveries from China to Russia.
-Local deliveries to Gydan (Arkhangelsk) / Belokamenka village (Murmansk).

Work in the company: On the basis of agreements for materials (Blanket Order*) or service (Frame Agreement*) creation of DO (Delivery Order) and WO (Work order) for further delivery of materials to the warehouse, as well as the provision of services on the site, respectively.
Creation of PR (Purchase Requisition). This document shows the amount and description of service/material to be purchased in future by PROC through PO (Purchase Order), FA* or BO*. Close cooperation with PROC, PCON and Engineering Department on this stage.
Creation and posting of SE (Service Entry). On the basis of provided Invoices, Acts, Certificates of work performed and Progress Payments the SE are closed via SAP. On behalf of SE and 1C program the Invoices are being paid. Direct cooperation with AFC.
Approval of PR (making Technical Issue in system), Approval/Decline of the incoming Invoices.
Cooperation with 5 Departments: PCON (Cost control), PROC (Procurement), AFC (Accounting & Financial Control), POSE (Post Order Department), Engineering Dep..
Business trips on the yard in Murmansk.
Key experience: During the period of work, I professionally learned the SAP program, learned how to upload and download data, calculate the budget within the program, coordinate contracts, allocate the budget, coordinate accounts, create such documents within SAP as PR, MR, WO, DO, PO, FA & BO, SE.
