ACHIEVEMENTS:
- BUILT and implemented the whole Supply Chain department from the scratch
- Ensured 100% shipment plan and supported fast GROWTH IN SALES volumes 23-48% (40 products, 20 countries)
- First in EMEA region created and implemented non-registered product shipments (NPA) - fully operating since January 2018- as a result INCREASE IN SALES VOLUME +7 mln EURO
- 80% of the key products were shipped in time to guarantee company Sales volume, successfully coordinated Track & Trace project
- Ensured Local Warehouse opening (3 PL) – the time of delivery and COST of shipment BROUGHT 10% ECONOMY
- IMPROVED turnover of products with an expiring shelf life, over the past 1.5-2 years. Developed and simplified monthly S&OP
- OPTIMIZED the warehouse stock for key drugs to 3 months, thanks to efficient supply planning
- MODIFIED the number of deliveries by 3%, air to road mode (transportation costs - 20% budget save) & ADD new routes – increased flexibility.
- Implemented SAP & KINAXIS for the Russian and CIS markets resulted in clear and transparent order management, planning, and reporting according legal and compliance procedure.
