HSSE Training Program

 Lead the definition, development and implementation of an effective, risk -based, fit -for -purpose HSSE Training
Strategy and P rogram for NCOC;
 Establish clear guidelines for HSSE training requirements for all NCOC personnel and ensure those requirements are
clearly communicated and understood;
 Ensure a schedule is established and published and that NCOC personnel are able to loca te it;

Implement Project HES Plan and Programs
 Monitor progress on established goals and objectives for health, safety and loss prevention activities and develops

Process Safety Man agement [PSM]
