Pharmaceutical Licensing & Asset / Developments scouting, M&A advisory, and Consulting in pharmaceutical industry.

Key responsibilities:
• Global licensing and commercialization of patented micronized pancreatin biosimilar through out-licensing (global market value 2.5 billion USD).
• Initiated, developed, and managed a QA and batch release lab for AVVA’s pancreatin in EU project.
• Micronized pancreatin primary and secondary packaging transfer project management in EU.
• Global licensing of patented innovative products: 1) liraglutide biosimilar API development with TT; 2) antimycotic gyno range (suppositories) TT; 3) Filtrum and Lactofiltrum.
• Maintaining relationships with prospective business partners and Licensees along with ongoing project management: responsible for achieving business targets: signing-up 2 Licensees per quarter.
• Collaboration with internal function (such as regulatory or manufacturing) teams to ensure the right solution is being implemented.

Accomplishments:
• Concluding pancreatin finished from licensing deals (brought and signed clients) in the following markets:
a) ЕU: 15+ markets incl. UK.
b) АРАС: Australia and New Zealand.
c) RoW: Israel, RSA, Paraguay, Mexico.
• Gained a pre-clearance GMP TGA for АVVA RUS manufacturing site – the only Russian manufacturing site certified by TGA an Australian regulatory authority.
• In 2020, as a part of a team, was involved in the pancreatin dossier submission in 16 EU countries under the DCP where the Netherlands is the RMS.
• In February 2023, successful dossier submissions under the national procedure in South Africa.
• International R&D ethical image development for AVVA from greenfield stage.
• Developed agencies network in the EU, APAC, and LatAm.
• Personal client database: 850+ companies.
