Operational excellence: increase of the company operational efficiency and labor productivity, reduction of the general operational costs. Creation and improvement of the organizational structure, re-design of the business processes, technological development. As the results - increasing profitability, extension of product market, increasing business capitalization. Production cycle process improvement and use of production capacities to decrease cost, increase output, improve quality and labor productivity. Change management (turnaround): implementation of projects in reorganization of business management and development (business process re-engineering, change management), crisis management, bankruptcy prevention. Upgrading of the plant by implementing new organizational management structures and ensuring higher consistency in operation of the holding subdivisions, implementation of management technology based on the “lean production” principles (the cost reduction by 5 percent, increase in production capacities load factor)


Anti-crisis management, prevention of the company shutdown and bankruptcy as a result of the national default in 1998 and 2008; prevention of the company shutdown and bankruptcy as a result of the crisis in 2008; operative recovery of current profitability (achieving current positive EBITDA of the Publishing House) within nine months after the national default of 1998, restoration of the decentralized printing points and dealer network (27 outlets throughout the Russia)

Development of the total quality management system (TQM) certification of the business, successful ISO 9001:2000 re-certification audit, production certification as a spare parts supplier for the «EURO FORD» car plants (category Т2), preparation to certification under ISO 14001, ISO/TS 16949 and OHSAS 18001 Standards.


Strategic marketing: design and promotion of the new products and services resulting to increase of the traditional local sales market shares, extension to new regional and international markets, regional business development (more than in 42 regions of the Russian Federation) and arrangement of international cooperation.


Assets and project portfolio management, strategic and operative management of assets for the fund to the amount exceeding USD 500 million. Operative management of project portfolio (including 27 projects simultaneously) + regional project development (in 42 regions of the Russian Federation) and arrangement of international cooperation, closed deals to the total amount of 100 mln USD per year. Management of non-core Banking subsidiaries (the Information Agency «National News Service», «Prestige-Radio», printing plant etc.)


“Ab initio” establishment of the new (start-up) of investment and leasing business, elaboration of financial and economic business model.
