Set ups from the scratch and automation of contemporary accounting for Separated General Legers (Tax, Accounting and Managerial) in 1C program, that allowed to decrease cut-off time from four to one day
Automation, Manage the month end process for Russia (BS, P&L, CF, Forecasts) and oversee the outputs from the shared systems / LLCs in line with Group deadlines and requirements
Manage, review & analysis of accounting records into 1C system on an accurate and timely manner, to ensure financial transactions and reports for business appropriately documented and supported
Carry out in-time reconciliations between statutory accounting, Tax and Managerial accounting to ensure correct balances in General Legers.
Ensure the consolidation of financial accounts conforms to internal and statutory requirements
Coordinate activities for all accounting / tax areas to ensure that all necessary information is included in 1C system in a proper way
Ensure that all taxes and financial statements are calculated correctly and reported to the tax authorities and non-budgetary funds in a timely manner
Ensure the Group, local standards and accounting rules are observed.
Review of contracts from the tax perspective to ensure their compliance with the tax legislation
Control that established procedures are adequate to the current statutory and tax laws and Group requirements
Manage any local tax matters and work with internal and external advisors to provide an effective solutions
Constantly review of the changes in business environment, statutory regulations and initiate updates/changes to the internal procedures/systems where necessary.
Management of accounting team of two LLCs (in charge up to 10 employees)
Communication with Tax authorities, reconciliation with the budget
Participation in tax audits, interaction with auditors internal and external within the area of responsibility
Preparing Regional entities' budget and manage the forecast process. Providing justification in accordance with the Group requirements
