As Project leader Life-implementation of SAP incl interfaces to logistic Systems (separate for parts and cars) : starting from accounting basic processes, financial reporting – Russian and IFRS; set up of standard price calculation and all logistic processes within standard BMW-Logistic system with clear connection with finance transactions and invoicing.

After structural changes in 2007 within MBR new position was established. Position of Finance director Retail (MBC) was consolidated within Finance MBR (Wholesale).
Position: Head of purchasing MBR with solid line to Head of Purchasing/Europe (HQ) and dotted line to local CFO.
Responsibilities: establishing and developing of new department with consolidation of all purchasing activities for Wholesale and Retail parts of MBR, implementation of new guide lines and processes incl compliance, developing of processes for new SAP-based IT-System. VoB- responcibility about 100 Mio EURO/Year.
Further operational activities: standardising of different purchasing contracts, implementing of new methods of negotiation (also e-net based), developing of workshops for all departments within MBR regarding purchasing activities, further activities related to tender procedures and purchasing flow (as supplier risk management, CSI and so on). Budgeting for department. Reporting within Purchasing Europe. Reached a height level of savings even within first year activities.
Supervision of Internal and External Compliance controls on daily and quarterly bases. Training and developing of employees within department and out of department (related to purchasing activities).

Responsibilities: Supervision of RAP ( and start up - GAAP) financial reporting; managing the business from a finance perspective in accordance with company policies and procedures and local requirements ; responsible for the management of all aspects of Finance and Admin issues including Accounting, Controlling with management and financial reports, financial analysis, costing, Budgeting, Statutory, Tax and Group Reporting, Cash Management, Internal and External Compliance, accounting policies&procedures, General Administration. Ensure that internal controls have been documented and implemented. Training and developing accounting and financial staff.
