:: Experience in the sphere of customs administration. Detailed knowledge of the Russian
Customs law, regulations and procedures. Ability to interpret and explain complex regulations,
to draft memo, describe operating procedure, prepare translation of transportation
documents and other paperwork for customs clearance. Tact and diplomacy with the Embassy
management and employees, with Russian officials and outside vendors.
