Participation in project implementation «Development of Methodological recommendations on budget accounting of financial bodies and bodies performing cash servicing of budget» (Ministry of Finance project funded by the IBRD)
Project works coordination, control on reports submission, cooperation with Ministry of Finance, Russia, organization of educational seminars on the project for financial bodies of federal and regional levels, organization of the Ministry of Finance «hot line» (telephone and e-mail) on budget accounting.
Results achieved: development of Methodological recommendations on budget accounting for the Ministry of Finance, Russia
Participation in project implementation «Collection and Systematization of Materials for the Bid Book of Russia for the World Football Championship 2018/2022»
Cooperation with administrations of the cities – supposed places of the World Football Championship on collection and systematization of materials for the Chapter “Transport” of the Bid Book.
Results achieved: success of the Russian Bid Book for the World Football Championship 2018/2022.
Participation in project implementation «Official Translation and Publication of the International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS)» (Ministry of Finance project funded by the IBRD).
Putting together the Translating Body and Review Committee, organization of IPSAS translation, control on implementation of International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) procedures for IPSAS translation, cooperation with IFAC and Russian Ministry of Finance officials, arranging discussion of IPSAS translation in the professional community.
Results achieved: IPSAS translation for the Ministry of Finance of Russia according to the IFAC procedures

Deputy Head of the Project Implementation Unit (Northern Restructuring Pilot Project financed by the IBRD).
- Development of the Project organizational scheme and management structure on federal and municipal levels, participating territories selection (Norilsk, Vorkuta, Susuman region of Magadan oblast’).
Results achieved: project management bodies establishment, organization of their interactivity, development of respective documentary and normative backup (Project Implementation Plan, Project Operations Manual, Instruction for the Participating Territories, Project Implementation Agreements with
Participating territories, Agency Agreement).
- Development of organizational and financial mechanism for migration assistance with housing certificates.
Results achieved: preparation of the Project key normative documents (RF Government resolution, Instruction on procedures to finance migration related activities, Agreement with Sberbank).
- Migration Assistance component management (implementation of migration assistance scheme with housing certificates from the Far North regions, organisation of educational seminars for project participants on housing certificates using).
Results achieved: migration of 4,5 thousand socially vulnerable families (9,9 thousand persons) from the Far North regions; substantial economic effect for all budget levels.
- Organization of tenders (competitive selection) – preparation of Term of Reference, proposals evaluation, control over the contracts implementation.
- Coordination of the Project preparation and implementation with Government bodies and agencies (Ministry of Economic Development, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Regional Development), with participating territories (local and regional administrations), Sberbank, IBRD (incl. Organization of negotiations).

- Management of Projects financed by IBRD/EBRD (“Sale of Insolvent Enterprises and Anticrisis Managers Training”, “Enterprise Restructuring Services Project” (organisation of development of educational program and organisation of educational seminars for anticrisis managers), “Development of the Database on Russian Consulting Companies”).

- Analytical and expert work on foreign policy and economy of Pakistan (incl. foreign investments, foreign trade, participation of Pakistan in the international and regional economic organizations, relations of Pakistan with financial donors, foreign aid, debt problem).
- Participation in political and commercial negotiations.
- Public relations (contacts with mass media, business circles, diplomatic corps, Government agencies / Ministries).
