Brand (Coldrex) repositioned and 360 media campaign management based on numerous researches, portfolio optimized, sub-brand price optimized, 1 sub-brand launched. 1 direct report.
Results: sales targets were achieved, market share maintained on the fast-growing market.

Marketing strategy developed and implemented, incl. umbrella brand management (“Vitrum” umbrella), product portfolio development and new product launches, products positioning, pricing, advertising: national and regional TV, media, POSMs, consumer promotion; trade promotion, Mark. department formed from 0 to 9 direct reports.
Results: best performer on the market, market share growth: 2001 – 8%, 2007 – 17%. Share of launched products reached 42% in value (2007). 1 new brand and 9 sub-brands are launched.
