I work at the Institute of Chemistry Silicate Russian Academy of Sciences and I'm going to become the expert of the top skills (the candidate or the doctor of sciences), specializing in physical chemistry. My interests are a synthesis, research of structure and properties of high-temperature oxide compounds, phase equilibrium. I graduated from the St.-Petersburg State Electrotechnical University and became an Engineer of the direction of “Microelectronics and Solid State Electronics”.
