- Overall responsibility for Lactalis baby food and healthy nutrition in Russia and CIS
- Starting up a business of baby food and healthy nutrition products (5 segments)
- Launch and building of new brands
- Development of commercial structure for covering all trade channels (retail chains, distributors, tenders)

- Responsibility for business development in 14 CIS countries with commercial, marketing, trade-marketing, medical activities
- Responsibility for budget, working capital and P&L
- Setting up and management Nutricia’s legal entity in Kazakhstan
- Achievement dominate positions on the market in accordance with Nielsen's reports and custom’s data
- Increasing annual sales value from $1,3 mln. to $48 mln.
- Achievement the best index “Profit per head” among all business units in the world
- Managing a team of 150 people
- Responsible for development of Mars’s product portfolio (Snack food and Pet food) in open markets channel (Moscow and Moscow region)
- Creating and implementation new programs for growth of coverage and distribution (OSDO, ”artificial demand” etc.)
- Development of distributors: launching van-selling and pre-selling systems, balance of distributor’s profitability
- Increasing annual sales value from $3 mln. to $20 mln.
- Managing a team of 30 people (territory sales supervisors, sales representatives, merchandisers)
