Ownership of Bonus scheme management process: development, formalization, maintenance, enforcement.

Develop and manage bonus system that rewards employees for meeting or exceeding their targets. Ensuring that the bonus system is fair, transparent, and aligned with the company's overall compensation strategy.

Responsibility for governance of targets setting process: responsible for setting targets for individual employees and teams that align with the company's business goals. Developing system for tracking progress towards these targets and adjust them as necessary.

Conduct performance evaluations to assess employee progress towards their targets. Providing regular feedback to departments on their performance and identify areas for improvement.

Communicate target setting and bonus management policies and procedures to all employees. Ensuring that employees understand how targets are set, how bonuses are calculated, and how performance evaluations are conducted.

Analyze data on employee performance and bonus payouts to identify trends and make recommendations for improving the target setting and bonus management system. Ensure proper communication flow with Bonus Committee (CET) and Compensation & Benefit team.

Continuously evaluate and improve the target setting and bonus management process. Lead cross-functional collaboration and accept feedback from employees and managers on the effectiveness of the process and make changes as necessary to ensure that it is driving employee performance and contributing to the company's success.

University degree – Mathematical, Economics, Management or other equivalent

SFE, BI background at Pharma, FMCG – at least 5 years

SFE, BI at international company of comparable size (200+ SKUs) - must
-
Cluster experience (reporting for few markets) - advantage

Experience in working with digital platforms (Data Analysis, Data Visualization, SQL, Confluence, etc.)

MS Office advanced skills - must
