Our client, one of the world leaders in the field of electronics manufacturing, is looking for a Marcom manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead IMC strategy and execution for particular product category, including new product launch communications;
  • Develop an annual Marketing Communications plan by combining category specific innovation, brand and product communication guidelines;
  • Manage marketing budget to maximize communication efficiency and provide marketing goals achievement;
  • Build consistent category or product campaign via all the channels: ATL, BTL, In-store marketing, Brand Stores, Digital marketing, PR, events;
  • In close collaboration with Media Manager create and run the Media Plan;
  • Closely work with Product Teams on all stages of the communication strategy development and execution to ensure driving demand, sales targets achievements and commercial returns on investment;
  • Work seamlessly within Marcom Group as well as with Product Teams, In-store
  • Marketing Group and Brand Store Group to synchronize and coordinate strategies, marketing activities plans and executions;
  • Work with creative, production and media agencies, manage day to day interactions and be accountable to their performance;
  • Regularly report to management on the progress and results;
  • Develop key work processes to achieve smooth all the operations goals while maintaining STRICT guidance to company audit guidelines;
  • Control documentation flow and in-time payments;
  • Develop, coach and motivate all the people under reporting line.

    Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading Marketing Communications function for at least 3 years;
  • Experience in media planning - ATL National (wide) 360 integrated campaigns incl. offline & online media;
  • Experience with durable (e.g. consumer electronics) goods markets (it will be an advantage);
  • Experience with Premium (!) brands (it will be an advantage);
  • Experience with major International Company / Brand (it will be an advantage);
  • Strong digital expertise & deep knowledge of digital metrics & KPIs:
  • Succesfull BTL activations & events (e.g. new product launches, sponsorships & exhibitions, festivals/roadshows);
  • Marketing projects management; non-standard creative ideas implementation;
  • Written and verbal English (B2);
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written);
  • Higher education.

    Working conditions:
  • Registration according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, white wages;
  • Development in a large foreign company;
  • Extended social package: VHI (from the first day of work), compensation for mobile communications, food compensation, discounts on corporate products after the trial period;
  • Working hours: 5/2 (office work format).
