Our client, a manufacturer and distributor of automotive spare parts and telemetry, is opening a representative office in Russia.

Company has established strong relationships with major players in the Russian automotive industry and looking to hire a Key Account Manager .

Key requirements: experience working with automotive companies in the similar position and a good command of English.

All interviews will be conducted in English, with initial interviews held online.

Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all business-related matters.
  2. Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and identify new business opportunities.
  3. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities.
  6. Manage contract negotiations, renewals and pricing discussions in collaboration with the sales team.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver timely solutions.
  8. Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from clients, contributing to the development of new products/services.
  9. Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree.

Proven experience in sales, key account management or relevant customer relationship management roles.

3-5 years of experience in a similar position in the automotive industry.

Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Ability to travel to meet clients as needed.

Strong negotiation and influencing skills. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
