PBN, a leading strategic communications agency, is searching for a Government & Public Affairs Specialist to join its Public Affairs Department. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within an international team of GPA-professionals working at a western-style Government & Public Relations consultancy.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze State policies in the assigned industries (digital, IT/telecom, FMCG, pharma);

• Identify risks & opportunities for the firm’s clients;

• Develop and implement Public Affairs projects for the key clients (incl. assessment of clients' risks and opportunities);

• Develop and provide various business documents such as strategic business plans, stakeholder mapping, budgets, memorandums, analytics, presentations;

• Interaction with federal and regional governments to support clients’ objectives and strengthen their positioning;

Requirements:

• Higher Education;
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in public affairs, communications, government relation;
• In-house/agency or relevant experience in one of the following sectors: digital, IT/telecom, healthcare, retail, FMCG;
• Proven analytical and research skills;
• Ability to extract key points from large volumes of information and prepare clear, logical and stylistically flawless documents;
• An understanding of federal/regional government’s decision-making process;
• Sharp eye for details and disposition to deliver second to none results;
• Excellent command of Russian and English (written and spoken).
