The company was established in 2018: international professionals united to make the world get rid of traditional smoking and decrease its negative impact for people.

At Plonq we create products and technologies that allow users to gradually reduce smoking and make nicotine consumption a conscious choice.

From the very beginning we have been focused on forming a thoughtful adult users community all over the globe, providing an ethical alternative for adult smokers through research, deeptech and human-centered design.

This position requires:

• Proven experience in finance, preferably in a business partnering or analytical role.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems and Excel.
• Ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders at all levels

Details:

• Provide insights on financial performance, including variance analysis and trend reporting.
• Act as a trusted advisor to operational leaders, providing financial insights and recommendations to drive strategic initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify challenges and develop financial solutions.
• Participate in business unit meetings to provide financial expertise and support decision-making.
• Support strategic planning initiatives with financial analysis and modeling.
• Communicate financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Identify areas for improving financial processes and systems.
• Lead project initiatives aimed at enhancing financial efficiency and accuracy.
