As a member of our Russia GEO marketing team, you will define, develop, execute and measure relevant pipeline-generating marketing programs for 3DS Value Solutions sales channel, based on the GEO-specific What to Market strategy. Align the execution of 3DS Partners marketing programs with 3DSs mid- and long-term strategy.
Manage close, trust-base relationship between 3DS and resellers, partners and/or system integrators in Russia
Define the channel marketing strategy and budget at the local level, following Global and GEO Marketing guidelines, and communicate with relevant sales channel leaders
Set goals and plans to create pipeline in the designated What To Market in each GEO to activate the 3DS diversification strategy. Leverage global and GEO marketing resources and the Global Demand Center to execute pipeline-generating programs
Co-define, implement & execute digital marketing strategy and produce deliverables for all marketing pillars (incl. websites, campaigns, social media, apps, online services...) based on What-to-Market Russia.
Monitor, analyze and report results of local marketing activities and pipeline generation
Drive & locally manage co-marketing programs and ensure support for our resellers/partners through partner marketing enablement in alignment with co-marketing SLAs
Act as a consultative partner and coach to partners to improve their marketing expertise and efficiency
Define and manage the operational marketing plan at the GEO level
Interlock with other marketing pillars to ensure consistency and integration; contribute to event execution in the GEO
Contribute to the enrichment of the marketing database by working with the Global Demand Center and adding all new contacts/accounts to necessary tools
Ensure reporting and accuracy in the various execution systems
Provide quarterly competitive assessment of the landscape
Degree in Marketing/Economics
3+ years of relevant marketing experience in B2B market (IT/industrial company)
Willingness to travel
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication skills
Fluent Russian and English
